The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

All pages, photos, text and all other associated content is the property of the owner. Phytosanitary documents, packing and shipping can be provided at additional cost. Some patented varieties shown for sale are not available outside the state of Florida, we have paid all patent and license fees associated with the plants that we sell. It is a violation of the law to reproduce these varieties without authorization. We will not ship from Florida during freezes and predominently cold weather, generally from November to late March, unless you request otherwise in writing, buyer assumes all risk associated with order.  All orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, once funds have cleared. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be shipped. Please inspect your plants upon arrival, contact us and your carrier immediately if you have damage. If plants are damaged we recommend you refuse delivery. The USPS does not allow live plants to be insured, we make every effort to carefully package your plant prior to pickup, we will assume no liability whatsoever once the package ships, as we have no control over the shipper. Some states severly restrict plant shipments from Florida, research the laws in your state prior to ordering from us, we have no control over the laws of other states and countries. International buyers will need to arrange all import permits and all other required documents prior to the order being shipped. The quantities shown online are estimates and are updated monthly, your purchase may be out of stock. You may choose to back order your plant and we will ship it to you as soon as it is available again or you can request a refund.
